Muffins, the very first design to originate in Paris. The first product to gain an international audience. My first work with glass. The medium is fascinating and mysterious.

Muffins

Description

Its distinctive design reflects the fusion of multicultural inspirations and influences in Paris, where it was developed. The design is true to the time and place of its origin, its authenticity earning it a role in a TV advertisement for the Yves Saint Laurent 2011 men’s collection. The series stands on the combination of oak wood and blown glass and highlights the excellence of the materials and savoir-faire of choice producers. All the styles create a unique atmosphere through glass of varied tints and act as lighting sculptures while retaining complete functionality. The Muffins collection comprises three basic lamps – floor, ceiling, and table – with wooden bases and different glass shades in subtle tones of grey, brown, amber, and yellow. A new edition in white tinted oak and opaline gradient glass is also available. (in cooperation with Dan Yeffet)
